Yesterday was an emotional class for many of you. It showed how powerful you can be when you speak with conviction. A lot of emotions were running through the room, but when asked what the value of doing this was, you hit it on the head. Speaking with conviction grabs the attention of your audience and makes them want to listen to you. It also empowers others to make change.

Dale Carnegie said "The more such practice impromptu speaking a person gets the better he will be qualified to meet the real situations that may arise when he has to speak 'for keeps' in his (business and) social life."
