Class went really well today. Some of you shared things that were difficult to share, but you worked through it. Being able to open up this quickly will help you gain the maximum benefit from this program as long as you allow yourselves to keep progressing.
Here are your assignments for next Tuesday and Thursday.
Tuesday: You will be reporting on a specific area of your life that you commit to express yourself with more enthusiasm. You will have one minute to discuss the following things:
-What area of your life you will focus on
-How you currently approach this area
-How you WILL approach it when you focus on being more enthusiastic
Choose an area that you want to significantly improve your enthusiasm, your attitude and your activity level. Some examples could include homework, sports, getting up early on the weekends, helping out around the house more etc. etc. Use the worksheets on 3.6, 3.7 and 3.8 to help plan. Feel free to write about 3 or 4 ideas, but choose one to report on.
Thursday: You will be reporting on an achievement or accomplishment you worked hard for and are proud of. We were not able to discuss all of the details today, so we will cover this on Tuesday.
This report will be for 2 minutes and you are required to use an exhibit. This could be a letter, trophy, certificate, picture, email etc.etc Read 3.12 and 3.13 in your manuals to help you along.
