Tuesday we discussed the principles to managing the stress in our lives. Remember your commitment! Committing to deal with stress in an effective way is committing to a better life. A lot of us have seen what happens to people when they can't handle stress. We don't want to end up where those people did!
Thursday we will be reporting on our commitment to enhance relationships. This was assigned in session 2, so we have had a couple weeks to put our commitment's into action. I am excited to hear how this has worked out for you.
Remember what Mr. T taught us last week? Get right to the incident and end with an action and benefit? Do you think this is something we should continue to use for the rest of our reports? (YES!!) This is called the "magic formula" and should be used for all of our reports from here on out! ((page 4.18 and 4.19 go into more detail))
